The Axon Registry® is a qualified clinical data registry (QCDR) focused on quality improvement. The Axon Registry offers real-world data across a variety of practices, patients, and cases and uses neurology-specific quality measures that will improve patient care in disease states such as: ALS, child neurology, dementia, DSP, epilepsy, essential tremor, falls, headache, multiple sclerosis, ophthalmology, Parkinson’s, sleep, and depression.
- The visual representation of quality measure performance in a user-friendly dashboard provides meaningful data for providers to create quality improvement projects.
- Eligible physicians who sign up and meet the reporting requirements can use the Axon Registry to report clinical quality data to the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS).
- Fully integrated providers that use their dashboard for quality improvement have the opportunity to use the Axon Registry as an MOC Part IV PIP Clinical Module activity and also waive up to eight credits of Part II Self-assessment.
- Improve your performance; benchmark your outcomes against others in your practice or nationally and show the value of neurology to payers.
